Coaching clinic at Pathfinders

We, at Pathfinders are in the business of assisting business owners and individuals to better perform in whatever they are doing. Coaching clinic is for improvising (or, corrections). Humans do err – the key is in not repeating what you did incorrectly. Another key is updating/upgrading. We know you all are occupied in your day-to-day chores, and have very little spare time. We assist you with information on what’s happening/trending these days – be it business ideas, performances, strategies.

Welcome to the Clinic

Why am I doing this?

I coach because I’m passionate about helping you – business owners and/or professionals to be successful. It’s really that simple. So whether you’re leading a company, or in-transition for better opportunities, I can help you to show up authentically and effectively.

With 20 years of corporate experience to draw from, I’m there as a mirror, reflecting back to you your presence in the workplace, and as a guide—offering insights, advice, honest feedback, encouragement, and, when necessary, the push you need to get you out of your comfort zone.

My clients can tell you my approach to coaching is definitely not warm and fuzzy, and it’s not magic, either. I get results because of two things:

  1. I use behaviorally-based, experiential techniques; performance exercises; scenarios which significantly improve communication and leadership effectiveness, and
  2. because my clients are 100% committed to changing her/his behavior.

Every coaching engagement is customized to ensure that it’s the right fit for the individual client, the culture, the behaviour, and the specific objectives being addressed.
And, knowing how busy you are, coaching is fit in around your schedule so that you can deal with day-to-day issues while still achieving your goals.

All that I require is that you be totally committed to creating a positive change in the way you communicate and lead.
The process requires self-awareness, discipline, openness to feedback and the ability to take risks.

If you can’t commit to this, then unfortunately we can’t work together because it would be a colossal waste of money and time. If you’re being dragged into this process by your boss or HR, please just “fuggedaboutit,” as they say in NYC.

People can and do change, but it takes a lot of hard work and courage. And helping hard working, courageous folks achieve a greater level of happiness and success is what I do.

Please let me know if you are committed.
